- Audits: Execute internal audits according to the agreed internal audit plan.
- Non-conformance management: Manage non-conformances professionally, including root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementation.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate quality reporting to management through the proper maintenance and use of execution tools.
- Continuous improvement: Implement quality improvement methods and facilitate knowledge sharing across projects. Your profile You must be assertive, confident, and able to stand your ground. You should be able to secure time and attention from the Project Manager, even when they have competing priorities or limited availability. Furthermore:* A technical bachelor's or master's degree, combined with 5-10 years of experience in technical project quality management or a related role.
- Proven experience in process-oriented roles and activities in complex project management and engineering environments, ideally in an international setup.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving, non-conformity, and risk management methods, such as 8D, A3, RCA, and FMEA.
- A detail-oriented and curious mindset, with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly and identify practical solutions.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Fluency in English and residence in the Netherlands; Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
Our offer* The salary range for this position is between €5,250 and €6,560, in addition to a Benefits Budget of 22.63%.
- Join a dynamic team in an informal, innovative project environment with enthusiastic colleagues who are passionate about their work.
