About the role
As Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving Refresco's global Learning & Development landscape. Working closely with Business Unit HR teams, Business Experts (SMEs), the HRIS team, and external partners, you will help ensure our learning solutions, technologies, and processes support the development of our people across the organization.
Reporting to the Group Manager Learning & Development, you will combine Learning & Development operations, learning consulting, project management, and continuous improvement. While a significant part of your role focuses on ensuring our existing learning ecosystem runs smoothly and continues to evolve, you will also lead regional and global Learning & Development initiatives, driving projects from design through successful implementation and rollout.
Your role is built around four core responsibilities: learning programs & project management, learning operations & technology, performance & development and continuous improvement.
What you will be doing
- Lead regional and global Learning & Development initiatives and projects from planning through successful implementation and rollout.
- Partner with Business Unit HR teams and Subject Matter Experts to develop engaging learning solutions, training curricula and learning pathways for both office-based and frontline employees.
- Act as the functional owner of our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors), working closely with the HRIS team to optimize learning processes, reporting and the user experience.
- Coordinate the annual Performance & Development process, including system configuration, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
- Develop communication materials, maintain the global L&D intranet, and create toolkits and guidance to support managers, employees and HR teams.
- Manage relationships with external learning providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and maximum value.
- Monitor learning effectiveness and stakeholder feedback, using data and insights to continuously improve our learning solutions, processes and technologies.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR Project Management within an international organization.
- Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS is a strong advantage.
- Experience leading international Learning & Development projects, including implementation, rollout, and stakeholder management.
- Experience designing learning solutions and applying instructional design principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive initiatives from start to finish.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across international teams.
- A proactive, independent professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
