VP/AVP, Journeys Product Manager – General & Digital Life Insurance (Bancassurance), Consumer Banking Group
We are looking for a Journeys Product Manager to lead the commercialisation, optimisation, and delivery of Digital Life and General Insurance propositions across DBS digital platforms. The role is responsible for driving digital insurance growth by owning end-to-end customer journeys, from acquisition through customer engagement, cross-sell, repeat purchase(s) and retention. Working closely with business, design, data, technology and our insurance partners, the successful candidate will continuously optimise customer experiences to improve conversion, deepen relationships and maximize commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities

Own the-end-to-end digital customer journeys across Digital Life and General Insurance, from awareness and acquisition to repeat purchase, servicing and retention.

Drive initiatives that increase customer lifetime value by improving first product conversion, repeat purchase behavior, cross-sell opportunities and long term customer engagement across Digital & General Insurance

Lead the commercialization of insurance propositions by identifying growth opportunities, improving digital conversion funnels and driving sales performance across DBS digital channels

Develop and execute initiatives that increase customer acquisition, deepen customer relationships and encourage purchase of additional insurance products

Optimise customer journeys using customer insights, behaviorial analytics, experimentation and performance data to continuously improve conversion and customer experience

Drive new product launches, customer journey enhancements and digital capabilities across web and mobile platforms

Partner closely with business, design, technology, analytics and insurance partners to deliver commercially impactful digital initiatives

Define business requirements, prioritize product backlogs and manage delivery roadmaps balancing customer value, commercial impact and implementation effort

Monitor digital sales, customer engagement, conversion rates, funnel performance and portfolio KPIs, recommending optimisation opportunities based on insights

Support development of digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies that improve product penetration and increase customer lifetime value

Work with tech and regional platform team (i.e post gathering and communicating biz requirements) and participating in Live verifications of new product roll-out or customer journey enhancement

Drive Digital revenue & business growth, i.e. Insurance sales for both General & Life Insurance

Customer acquisition

Customer engagement & retention: i.e. Conversion rates, product penetration, cross-sell & deepen customer lifetime value
Requirements:
-
Preferred 7 years' experience in a related position (preferably with both Life and General insurance products)

Experience managing digital products, digital commerce or customer journeys with accountability for commercial outcomes

Experience interpreting customer behavioural and commercial data to identify growth opportunities

Familiarity with Abode analytics, GA, or equivalent digital analytics platforms

Experience working with agile product teams and managing digital delivery roadmaps

Knowledge of Life and/or General Insurance products is advantageous

Bachelors degree from accredited university
