Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions

• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure the developed solutions meet the business needs

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials

• Provide support and guidance to end-users on the implemented solutions

• Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements gathering

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
