Your new role
Are you enthusiastic about taking care of employee support and administration issues in the People & Culture area in order to promote a successful and motivating working environment? Become part of our team as (Senior) People Services Partner (all genders) and actively shape our People & Culture processes while supporting employees in a competent and service-oriented manner. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing payroll, driving efficiency, promoting employee wellbeing and ensuring that our People & Culture practices comply with legal standards and our company's objectives. With your expertise and proactive approach, you will make a direct contribution to a positive company culture.
The work you‘ll do

Trusted point of contact for employees, handling HR-related queries, advising on career development and solving current challenges

Co-design, implement and improve People & Culture processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and align with business objectives.

Provide expert advice on employment law issues to ensure that all People & Culture practices comply with current legal standards and regulations

Coordination of preparatory payroll accounting for submission to our tax consultancy office in Germany, Austria & other locations

Administrative duties including maintaining employee records, overseeing contract management and ensuring accurate documentation.

Benefits administration, as well as development and implementation of health programs to promote employee well-being.
The qualifications you need
-
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification.

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR roles with proven experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, especially preparatory payroll, knowledge of labor law and compliance.

Confident in using HR systems & tools (e.g. Personio, Excel).

Ability and enjoyment of designing and optimising HR processes and workflows.

Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to competently advise employees and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Willingness to work at least 2 days on site in our Munich office.
