Project Manager - Interior fitout with UAE driving license

We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out and turnkey project delivery.

Salary Range: AED 8,000–10,000 per month

Location: UAE
UAE Driving Licence: Mandatory

Key Requirements

✅ Minimum 5–6 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager
✅ Proven experience handling complete turnkey fit-out projects
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
✅ Experience managing luxury villas, commercial spaces, hospitality, restaurants, offices, and retail fit-out projects
✅ Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil works, authority approvals, procurement, and project delivery
✅ Ability to manage projects from initial planning and mobilisation through execution, handover, and close-out
✅ Strong commercial awareness, cost control, budgeting, and subcontractor management capabilities
✅ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management software
✅.Excellent leadership, client coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Turnkey design-and-build projects

Please note: This position is for experienced Project Managers, not Site Engineers looking to transition into a Project Manager role.
