Job Summary

Addons Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced Odoo Developer cum Mobile Application Developer to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Odoo development along with experience in developing Android and iOS mobile applications integrated with ERP systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and supporting Odoo solutions while building mobile applications for customers across various industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo Development

• Develop, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules.
• Create custom modules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and business logic.
• Customize Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, POS, and other Odoo modules.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Optimize Odoo performance and database queries.

Mobile Application Development

• Develop Android and iOS applications using Flutter (Preferred) or React Native.
• Integrate mobile applications with Odoo using REST APIs.
• Develop mobile solutions for Sales, Delivery, Inventory, HR, Attendance, POS, and Customer Self-Service.
• Implement barcode scanning, QR code scanning, GPS tracking, push notifications, biometric authentication, camera integration, and offline synchronization.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

API & Integration

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party applications.
• Integrate payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, biometric devices, barcode scanners, and POS hardware.
• Develop webhooks and middleware integrations.

Database & Infrastructure

• Work with PostgreSQL databases.
• Deploy and maintain Odoo applications on Linux servers.
• Manage Docker, Git, Nginx, and cloud deployments.
• Ensure application security, backup, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Odoo development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Flutter or React Native mobile application development experience.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, CRM, and POS modules.
• Knowledge of ERPNext is an added advantage.
• Experience with Payment Gateway integrations.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API integrations.
• Experience with AI integrations and automation tools.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
