Associate Compliance Officer (d/f/m)

About the Role

As part of the Health & Medical Legal team, we are looking for an Associate Compliance Officer to support Healthcare Compliance activities across EMEA and APAC. In this role, you will take responsibility for the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance processes across multiple regions, working closely with commercial stakeholders and a global network of compliance representatives.

What you will do

Contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of the healthcare compliance framework across EMEA and APAC

Assess the compliance of business activities and provide practical, risk-based guidance to stakeholders

Take ownership of the development and rollout of compliance processes, policies, and tools

Drive the execution of compliance initiatives and projects across multiple regions

Design and deliver training and communication activities to strengthen compliance awareness and understanding

Analyze compliance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement areas

Collaborate with a global network of compliance representatives to drive alignment and share best practices

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or other related education or experience

2–5 years of experience in (healthcare) compliance

Familiarity with industry codes (e.g., MedTech Europe) and regulatory frameworks governing HCP/HCO interactions

Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to manage topics independently and set priorities effectively

Confidence to challenge stakeholders and drive topics forward

High ethical standards and integrity combined with a data-driven mindset and the ability to derive insights and recommendations

Fluent in English and German
