Estimation Engineer

We are in process of hiring Civil Estimation Engineers - Building & Civil (Al Dhafra International Projects Group Company - LLC)

Civil Estimator with bellow qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

2. Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications

3. Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

4. Conducting site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility

5. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers

6. Analyzing project requirements to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities

7. Utilizing specialized software for estimating purposes

8. Preparing bid proposals and submitting them to clients or project stakeholders

9. Maintaining and updating a database of cost information for various construction materials and labor rates

10. Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

11. Evaluating subcontractors' bids and negotiating contracts

12.Monitoring project costs and adjusting estimates as necessary

13. Providing cost advice throughout the project lifecycle
