Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with 4+ years of experience to lead product development initiatives and deliver high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful product delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.

Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and Scrum Masters throughout the product lifecycle.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business objectives.

Monitor product performance and leverage data to drive continuous improvements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

Ensure product releases meet quality standards and business expectations.

Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Support product adoption by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Required Qualifications

Arabic Nationality.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product development lifecycle.

Experience creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent certification.

Experience with cloud-based, SaaS, mobile, or enterprise applications.

Familiarity with API-based products and system integrations.

Knowledge of UX principles and customer journey mapping.

Experience working with distributed or global teams.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
