Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical interface for the company’s energy storage products, providing professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes
  • Responsible for onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues
  • Support technical analysis for residential and C&I ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issues
  • Handle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution to improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain close communication with R&D and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimization
  • Collect and organize onsite operational data, service reports, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service records
  • Provide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners, covering product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related fields
  • Experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, battery systems, or related electrical industries is preferred
  • Solid electrical and system knowledge with the ability to independently analyze onsite issues and perform troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in onsite installation, commissioning, or technical service
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and TCP/IP is preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with customers, installers, and internal teams
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and driving problem resolution
  • Fluent in both German and English as working languages
  • Willingness to travel within Europe when required
  • Driving licence: Class B
