Meeting & Events Sales Executive

Are you passionate about creating exceptional event experiences? We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Meetings & Events Sales Executive to join our opening team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, converting business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from the initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of their event.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to Meetings & Events enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and quotations.

Convert enquiries into confirmed business while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the planning process.

Conduct hotel site inspections and showcase our meeting and event facilities.

Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure every event is executed seamlessly and exceeds guest expectations.

Prepare event orders, contracts and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and update sales systems in a timely manner.

Support the achievement of departmental revenue goals and guest satisfaction targets.

• Previous experience in a Meetings & Events, Sales, or Reservation role within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of hotel sales systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
