Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Drive business initiatives and collaborate with German OEM stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional solutions.

Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FRS), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process models.

Act as the primary interface between business users, Product Owners, customer SMEs, and Agile delivery teams.

Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Recommend business process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives across the automotive domain.

Develop solution proposals, business cases, RFP/RFI responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

Ensure compliance with EU GDPR, including preparation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) and Data Erasure Concepts (DEC).

You have a good understanding of automotive business processes.

You have experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with onsite customer stakeholders.

You hold an IOBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst certification or equivalent (preferred).

You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.

You have experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL, Agile/SAFe, and German language proficiency (B1/B2).
