At Barry-Wehmiller, we measure success by the way we touch the lives of people.  We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing for our priority business needs like Engineer, leadership, and high-impact technical roles. Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with recruiting leaders and recruiting team to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives and to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process

Identify passive candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and industry networking, cold calling, in-person appointments and referrals

Source using current best practices and techniques for identifying desired candidates across multiple disciplines and locations

Effectively translate position requirements from the hiring team into a sourcing profile

Successfully execute multiple sourcing project responsibilities with minimal supervision

Use Workday ATS and other systems to track and communicate with candidates

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding employment practices

Ensure an understanding of Barry-Wehmiller culture, organizational structure, and open positions

Research and maintain knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitment of applicable functional areas

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience

Experience with current sourcing techniques and a successful record of placing high quality professionals

Proven track record of identifying, relationship building and hiring of passive candidates

Strong technical skills using MS Office suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various job boards

Possess in-depth experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclature

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with candidates and team members

A proven track record of matching great talent to career opportunities and culture

Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent

Ability to connect with and effectively communicate with people at all levels

Successful experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
