Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Coordination & Meetings

  • Attends coordination, interface, and project services meetings.

  • Captures accurate and structured meeting minutes, including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues, and constraints.

  • Documents action items with clear owners and deadlines.

  • Tracks and actively follows up on action items to ensure timely closure.

Reporting & Deliverables

  • Prepares project reports, dashboards, presentations, and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Maintains tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency.

  • Ensures all reports are concise, error-free, and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles.

Project Services & Controls Support

  • Supports progress tracking and consolidation across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

  • Coordinates collection of multi-discipline project inputs.

  • Maintains action, risk, issue, and deliverable trackers.

  • Ensures traceability and consistency of information across project reports.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, meeting effectiveness, and information flow.

  • Proposes process improvements to enhance productivity and coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Experience in FPSO, offshore, oil & gas, or large EPC projects

  • Prior exposure to project services, project controls, or management reporting

  • Accurate and timely meeting minutes and action tracking

  • Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces

  • Continuous contribution to improving project services efficiency

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced FPSO construction environment

(Islandwide transport provided)

Working Hours:

Mon - Thu: 8:00am - 5:15pm

Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm
