Your tasks?

• You will support user-centered decision making by analyzing and processing user insights from UX research, usability tests, customer feedback, and usage data.

• In doing so, you will prepare usage data and results from surveys in such a way that they enable well-founded design recommendations for digital products and in-car experiences.

• You will actively shape User-Centered Design by working on UX initiatives across all phases - from understanding real user needs and pain points to creating personas, User Journeys and Hypotheses to concrete design and solution approaches.

• To create clarity and decision-making maturity, you will support the creation of UX artifacts, presentations and decision-making documents for stakeholders and executives with a focus on usability, impact, prioritization and concrete customer benefits.

Your profile?

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/d/w/x) in UX/UI design, communication or interaction design, information design, media informatics, or a comparable program, and you’re interested in working on-site in Stuttgart on a regular basis.

• You’re passionate about user-centered design and are committed to translating complex digital and technological topics (e.g., data- or AI-driven features) into the user experience in a way that’s understandable, usable, and meaningful.

• Ideally, you have some experience with UX methods (e.g., user research, usability testing, wireframes, prototypes) and collaborating professionally in a business environment.
