As a Working Student (gn) - Procurement, you will actively support our Strategic Procurement team with supplier coordination, Excel analyses, project tracking and operational procurement topics. You are interested in Procurement, Supply Chain Management and External Manufacturing and want to work closely with the team behind ESN & More Nutrition? In this role, you will work close to the action and gain insights into how products are manufactured, scaled and brought to market. You will help structure fast-moving topics, follow up on open points and support the team in making data-based decisions.

Your mission

• You maintain supplier trackers for open topics such as deliveries, prices, capacities, documents and next steps

• You support follow-ups with external manufacturers and suppliers, including short status updates and email drafts

• You help compare supplier offers, price changes, cost breakdowns and commercial conditions

• You prepare Excel analyses and summaries for supplier meetings, internal alignments and decision-making

• You support product launch and transfer projects by tracking timelines, open questions, responsibilities and risks

• You help coordinate between Procurement, Planning, Quality, Product Development and external suppliers

Your experience & skills

• You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree or MBA program in Germany, ideally in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field of study

• You ideally have at least one year of practical experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Product Development, External Manufacturing or a similar environment

• You enjoy working with numbers and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• You work independently, in a structured manner and have strong communication skills

• You take ownership of your tasks, are proactive and enjoy bringing structure into fast-moving topics

• You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
