Programmer /AI Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI solutions — develop web applications, internal tools, chat assistants, and automation scripts (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS) from prototype to production.
• Integrate with core systems — connect AI solutions to ERP, HR, finance, CRM, and document systems via REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and database connections; own data flows end to end.
• Work with LLM APIs — implement solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure AI services, including prompt pipelines, RAG over company data, structured outputs, and function/tool calling.
• Automate workflows — build automations using Microsoft 365 / Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Graph API) and low-code tools where they beat custom code.
• Maintain and support — manage deployments, environments, credentials, and versioning; monitor solutions in production, fix issues fast, and document what you build.
• Collaborate across workstreams — translate requirements from workstream champions into working software; support user testing, training, and rollout with the change team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience, with strong Python and JavaScript.
• Proven experience integrating systems via REST APIs, JSON, SQL databases, and authentication (OAuth, API keys).
• Practical experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic-Claude, or Azure OpenAI) beyond simple chat calls.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, SharePoint, Graph API).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple parallel deliverables, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar) in a trading or distribution business.
• Familiarity with RAG architecture, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks; dashboarding experience.
• Exposure to UAE/GCC business environments.
