Civil Site Engineer

A Landscape Company is searching for an active & experienced Civil Site Engineer to join its team.

The Job Description:

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Direct and oversee the workflow, materials, and equipment on site, coordinating with construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement quality control measures, inspect work to ensure adherence to design specifications, and enforce safety regulations and environmental standards on site.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must hold a valid G+4 Dubai Municipality (DM) Certification
• University Degree in engineering, construction, or similar field
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and project execution standards
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in English
• A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
