About the Role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our global design engineering team, supporting the design and development of innovative infrastructure solutions for data centre projects across the Middle East.

This role will focus on structural analysis, design validation, and engineering excellence, working closely with customers, project teams, and manufacturing functions to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing solutions. You will play a key role in developing both project-specific designs and future product innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structural analysis and design for data centre infrastructure systems, including support structures, skids, piping systems, and MEP supports
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, and supporting documentation in accordance with relevant codes and standards
• Utilise structural analysis and modelling software to validate designs and ensure performance requirements are achieved
• Provide technical expertise on structural design principles, material selection, and construction methods
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop practical and cost-effective engineering solutions
• Support the development and implementation of standardised engineering processes and best practices
• Contribute to new product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in project reviews, client meetings, and site visits while providing regular updates on project progress and technical risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Structural Engineer role within critical infrastructure or construction environments
• Experience in sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, power generation, or oil & gas
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and finite element analysis software such as SCIA, Tekla, IDEA StatiCa, or Ansys
• Experience using CAESAR II or similar pipe stress analysis software
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes, standards, and construction practices
• Experience designing structural systems for complex engineering projects
• Exposure to modular, prefabricated, or skid-based systems (advantageous)
• Experience with 3D design tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, Plant3D, CADWorx, or Onshape (beneficial)
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
