SENIOR WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

WEB DESIGN

• Responsible for the design, development and management of websites, web applications and digital platforms for FittGROUP and external users.
• Lead the creative and technical development of web interfaces, ensuring visually engaging, user-friendly and responsive designs.
• Design, develop, test and deliver websites, landing pages, event microsites and web-based applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing websites by implementing new features, performance improvements, updates and bug fixes.
• Ensure all websites follow modern UI/UX standards, responsive design principles and best development practices.
• Design and develop web pages, graphics, multimedia content and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) aligned with company branding.
• Create wireframes, storyboards and prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality before development.
• Optimize websites for mobile devices, loading performance, SEO best practices and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements to ensure security, reliability and optimal user experience.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Develop creative concepts by studying project briefs, marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, social media, websites and event promotions.
• Create branding materials, event graphics, advertising visuals, presentations and promotional collateral.
• Illustrate concepts by designing layouts, typography, colour schemes and visual compositions aligned with brand identity.
• Produce graphics for marketing campaigns, event branding, sponsorship materials, banners, posters and digital advertising.
• Prepare final artwork and print-ready files according to production and printing requirements.
• Present design concepts to management and obtain approval before final production.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, printers and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

IT KNOWLEDGE

• Manage web hosting environments using cPanel or similar platforms.
• Configure and maintain domains, hosting accounts and email systems.
• Install and configure software applications and hardware systems when required.
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting and technical support to team members.
• Assist in maintaining internal digital systems and website infrastructure.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Web Design and Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX, branding, and marketing graphics
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design and web usability
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end web structure
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
