We are looking for a Field Service Engineer, based in Ennigerloh.

The role includes a wide range of services such as installation, repair, maintenance, replacement of wear and spare parts, and commissioning of equipment.

Key responsibilities

Performing FLS equipment Inspections, Maintenance Supervision, Troubleshooting and Training at Customer’s sites as well as technical reports with recommendations

Performing FLS equipment Installation and Commissioning

Support Customer with maintenance shut down planning, spares/consumables demand definition etc.

Coordination of FLS Services activities at Customer sites, liaise with Customers and internal stakeholders at different levels

Elaboration of quotations costing for services as well as upgrade and rebuild solutions

Customers relationship and liaison to ultimately support the development of FLS Services business in the region

Support FLS Spares, Wears, Upgrade & Rebuild business in the region

Qualification & Experience:

Mechanical Technical Qualification

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in minerals processing equipment maintenance and inspection.

Proven experience working on one or more of the following equipment:

Mills

Crushers/Screens

Flotation cells

Separators

Thickeners (conventional and high-rate)

Disc/Belt/Press filters

Strong understanding of mechanical systems including drive assemblies, hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and slurry handling equipment.

Ability to conduct detailed equipment inspections, identify wear patterns, mechanical defects, misalignment, vibration issues, and performance deviations.

Knowledge of process plant operations

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and technical manuals.

Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong report writing skills, including compiling inspection reports, deviation lists, and technical recommendations

Willingness to work extended hours, and travel outside of the country for extended periods

Valid driver’s license and medically fit for site work
