About your team

The Operational Transformation team drives sustainable improvement across FFB by connecting people, processes and capabilities, enabling measurable results and supporting the bank’s strategic and regulatory objectives.

About your role

As Operational Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the transformation agenda across FIL Fondsbank. Acting as a central sparring partner and cross‑functional companion, you will translate strategic priorities into tangible, end‑to‑end improvements across processes, operating models and organisational structures.

In addition to leading the Operational Transformation team, you will be responsible for Organisational Development across the bank, ensuring that structures, roles and ways of working evolve in line with future business needs. You will drive initiatives from concept through to implementation, establish governance and transparency, and ensure progress is measurable and clearly communicated to senior stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will own and continuously evolve core process governance frameworks, including the process roadmap and key regulatory and approval processes, ensuring strong alignment between transformation initiatives and business‑as‑usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the operational transformation agenda aligned with strategy and regulation

  • Ensure oversight and development of key regulatory and approval frameworks

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable initiatives and deliver outcomes

  • Drive end‑to‑end improvements across processes, operating model and organisational setup

  • Own the organisational development agenda (e.g. organisational design, role clarity, ways of working)

  • Ensure delivery of transformation initiatives with clear governance, KPIs and measurable outcomes

  • Provide structured reporting and insights to senior management and relevant governance forums

  • Lead, coach and develop the Operational Transformation team and foster cross‑functional collaboration

About you

You bring strong experience in operational transformation, organisational development or management consulting within financial services, supported by a strong academic track record. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset and are comfortable operating in a complex, regulated environment. You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and driving cross‑functional initiatives with clear ownership and accountability.
