Role Overview

As an Account Manager – Brand & Campaign Communications, you will lead the day-to-day management and strategic development of integrated 360° brand campaigns for FMCG clients.

You combine a strong foundation in classic PR and brand communication with deep expertise in social media and influencer marketing — understanding that creator collaborations are an essential extension of earned-first brand strategies.

You are responsible for cross-media campaigns (including PR, digital, social, influencer, events and stakeholder communications) and translating strategic objectives into culturally relevant, high-impact communication programs.

You are comfortable pitching top-tier media, advising clients at senior level and briefing influencers — ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Leadership

Independently lead and manage cross-channel brand and campaign communications programs

Steer 360° campaigns across PR, digital, social media, influencer marketing, events and stakeholder engagement

Translate strategic goals into integrated, creative and effective communication measures

Drive internal cross-functional collaboration (creative, strategy, digital, influencer, paid, etc.)

Ensure seamless execution across all channels and touchpoints

Strategy & Concept Development

Develop compelling communication strategies, campaign concepts and culturally relevant storylines

Lead and actively contribute to internal strategic and creative processes

Identify cultural insights, trends and moments that strengthen brand relevance

Shape integrated campaign frameworks tailored to FMCG brands and fast-moving consumer audiences

Client Management

Act as primary client contact and trusted advisor

Provide midlevel counsel based on strong experience and strategic perspective

Demonstrate strong planning capabilities and operational excellence

Identify growth opportunities and proactively expand mandates

Media & Social Media

Drive proactive strategic media relations in close collaboration with media specialists

Develop and manage influencer strategies aligned with brand positioning

Lead influencer briefings

Manage complex stakeholder landscapes where required

Content & Storytelling

Develop compelling narratives, press materials and brand messaging in close collaboration with media specialists

Ensure cohesive storytelling across earned media and influencer ecosystems

Translate brand purpose and positioning into culturally relevant, social-ready campaign assets

Budgeting & Controlling

Develop and oversee campaign budgets

Create detailed project plans and timelines

Ensure financial efficiency and strong project controlling 

Business Development

Support new business pitches with integrated 360° campaign ideas

Contribute strategic brand, PR and influencer thinking to proposals

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in PR, brand communications or integrated agency environments (FMCG experience preferred)

Strong expertise in brand PR and campaign communications

Proven experience leading social media and influencer marketing programs

Deep understanding of cultural relevance and modern brand building

Experience leading cross-functional campaign structures

Solid budget management and project controlling skills

Strong presentation and client advisory capabilities

Fluency in German and English
