Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and construction projects across the UAE.

This is a site-based position and not an office-based role. The selected candidate will be expected to work directly on active construction and fit-out sites, supervise daily site operations, coordinate all parties involved, monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful project completion and handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project schedules and budgets, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out and construction projects directly from the project site, from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Maintain a regular and active presence on assigned project sites.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and authority representatives.
• Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, material schedules, and project requirements before execution.
• Prepare and monitor project programmes, work schedules, procurement schedules, and site progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical, construction, and operational issues.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, and specialist works.
• Manage material submissions, approvals, procurement, deliveries, and site installation.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, meeting minutes, site records, variation reports, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost implications and provide suitable corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety requirements, authority regulations, and company procedures.
• Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, final inspections, authority approvals, and project handover.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure their requirements are properly addressed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting.
• Strong hands-on experience managing and supervising active construction and fit-out sites.
• Candidates seeking a primarily office-based position will not be suitable for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing interior fit-out projects in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or laboratory projects is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements, approval processes, health and safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project programmes.
• Strong leadership, site management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.

Preferred Candidate

• Comfortable working full-time on construction and fit-out sites.
• Able to manage multiple projects and sites simultaneously.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware.
• Experienced in client meetings, consultant coordination, subcontractor management, and project handovers.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
