Planning Engineer (Interior Fit -Out exp is must)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer with 5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, procurement schedule, internal delivery schedule, updating schedules in Asana, tracking progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and procurement teams to align timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress.
• Identify potential delays and risks; recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project timelines with contractual obligations.
• Assist in resource planning and cost forecasting.
• Support in tender planning and program development for new bids.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning within the interior fit-out sector.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Solid understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
