Your role

  • Support strategic category management for the Mechanical Components category

  • Analyze machined metal parts with regard to manufacturing technologies and value stream

  • Review and analyze the existing category structure and logic in terms of “best fit” and synergies

  • Conduct supplier visits to support component analysis (as required)

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in production/manufacturing engineering or a comparable technical field, ideally with prior technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator)

  • You have good to very good skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and SAP

  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team

  • You work independently and in a structured manner

  • You are available for at least 6 months and at least 15 hours per week
