Your Role

Identify and understand the key drivers of business challenges

Analyze market developments and competitive positioning

Run analyses and prepare data-driven recommendations

Work with senior project managers on high priority initiatives across the ZEISS Group

Collaborate in project teams, across several functions

Your Profile

You are currently in your Masters studies in business management, economics, industrial engineering or a STEM subject with additional economics modules with excellent grades during your degree

Strong analytical skills

Independent and results-focused working style

First experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy work

Business-fluency in German and English, an outstanding communication style and are confident in a business environment

Ideally, you are available for 4-6 months in Fall/Winter of 2026
