Job description

ABIS is seeking a proactive and organized PS / Site Coordinator to oversee and manage site activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily site functions, maintaining schedules, managing documentation, and supporting project managers in the execution of tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to meet project goals on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.

  • Liaise between project managers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate communication and resolve issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, reports, and permits.

  • Assist in resource allocation and logistics to support efficient site operations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management as required.

  • Support administrative tasks related to site management and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site coordination or project support roles, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or related industries.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in using project management tools and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
