Tech Asset Admin

• Oversee the ordering, receipt, issuance, and return of hardware spare parts in support of EUC (End-User Computing) operations

• Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing hardware components

• Maintain accurate records in the spare parts or project tracking system

• Ensure data integrity and timely updates

• Handle all admin paperwork related to parts delivery and returns

• Support in handling quotations 

• Ensure proper filing and compliance with audit standards

• Support basic technical assessment and handling of EUC hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, and related components)

• Assist in hardware troubleshooting and repair activities, including part replacements where required

• Coordinate with project teams on scheduling, follow-ups, and parts availability to support repair timelines

• Assist in reporting, tracking of hardware spare parts usage, and inventory movement

• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow

• Diploma or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive and organized approach to managing assets and documentatio

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and adherence to corporate communication standards

• Meticulous and organized with a high level of attention to detail.

• Strong record-keeping and data accuracy skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in asset or store management is advantageous.
