Experience
10–15+ years in Business Analysis, Data Product Management, Data Strategy, or Enterprise Data Programs.
Required Skills

AWS Data Platform concepts and cloud-native architectures

Data Modeling, Metadata Management, Data Catalogs

SQL, Data Analysis, Jira, Agile/Scrum

Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Lineage

Experience with AI/GenAI, RAG, and enterprise data platforms

Life Sciences / Pharma / Market Access domain experience preferred

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.
