(Senior) Finance Associate - 6 Month Maternity Cover

Job Brief We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive (Senior) Finance Associate to join our Finance team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's day-to-day finance operations, month-end closing activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting. What You’ll Do

Provide operational support to other departments which involves internal system adjustments reviews and executions

Manage weekly payment processing, petty cash transactions, and finance records

Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis

Prepare management reports and assist with financial reporting requirements

Monitor postpaid client collections and follow up on outstanding receivables

Track spending against budgets and support budget variance analysis

Assist with statutory compliance activities, including audits and tax filings

Review, update, and maintain finance SOPs and process documentation

Support ad hoc finance projects and operational initiatives as assigned What We Seek

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit-related roles
