Job description

About Us STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective — providing operators with a decisive edge in contested environments.

We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems — not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today.

Your mission As a Supply Chain Manager – Change Management, you will coordinate and manage engineering and supply chain change processes across multiple departments to ensure smooth implementation from planning to execution. You will act as a central interface between Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production to ensure that change requests are properly planned, documented, and implemented. By maintaining accurate documentation, managing ERP data, and tracking the implementation of changes on the production line, you will help ensure efficient processes and seamless transitions from design updates to operational execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain, ensuring a seamless flow from procurement to final delivery.

Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and implement sustainable improvement measures to eliminate bottlenecks.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring smooth transitions from design updates to operational execution.

Work closely with Design, Product Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure alignment on all change requests.

Manage the transition of approved changes to Procurement and the warehouse to ensure implementation readiness on the production line.

Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize overstock and ensure a lean, responsive supply chain.

Maintain and manage all documentation within the NetSuite ERP system.

Track the status of change requests to provide full transparency and ensure synchronized processes across all internal and external partners.

High attention to detail, especially when working with technical documentation and data

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production

Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus

Structured and solution-oriented working style

Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on processes and ensure progress
