About the Role

Delta Capita is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Head of APAC Tech and Service Sales - CLM to lead our regional growth strategy across Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, and Financial Crime services. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of go-to-market execution, client engagement, and revenue growth across the APAC region.

In this client-facing role, you’ll support the full sales lifecycle—owning prospecting, proposal development, and early-stage solutioning. You’ll work closely with global leadership, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to expand our footprint across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, driving innovation in onboarding, compliance, and managed services.

This is a high-growth area of the business, with a strong client base and ambitious expansion plans. You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and subject matter experts to grow revenue and build trusted partnerships with some of the world’s top financial institutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and execute go-to-market plans for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology solutions across APAC, with a strong focus on KYC

Champion the Delta Capita brand across the region by identifying untapped market gaps for CLM/KYC technology and services, turning cold territories into active opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building

Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline across banks, asset managers, and financial institutions in the region

Hunt for new business by leveraging industry networks, proactively originating leads and driving opportunities from initial conversation through to signed contract

Own end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and pitch presentations, with senior leadership support where required

Act as a self-starter who thrives on opening doors, taking full ownership of the sales process from early engagement through to deal closure

Engage clients to understand challenges across client onboarding, KYC remediation, regulatory change, and operating model transformation, and position Delta Capita’s CLM technology and managed solutions accordingly

Support the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses, working closely with product, delivery, and solution teams

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to articulate technology-led value propositions, including CLM platforms, workflow automation, data, and integration capabilities

Maintain strong market visibility through client meetings, industry events, and targeted outreach to generate new opportunities and partnerships

Track pipeline activity, client feedback, and market intelligence to inform sales strategy and ongoing market focus

Requirements: What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within financial services, consulting, fintech, or RegTech

Demonstrated success selling CLM technology solutions, digital onboarding platforms, KYC/AML systems, or RegTech products across APAC

Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management technology, including onboarding workflows, entity data, KYC/CDD, regulatory change, and operating models

Experience selling technology-enabled solutions such as SaaS platforms, workflow tools, managed services, or hybrid delivery models

Proven ability to navigate enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across compliance, operations, technology, risk, and digital teams

Familiarity with RFP-driven sales processes, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations

Possess an established professional network within financial institutions, fintechs, or the RegTech ecosystem in APAC

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility across senior and working-level stakeholders

Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate autonomously, take ownership of opportunities, and drive initiatives forward

Comfortable working in a high-growth, build-phase environment with ambition to scale the CLM technology business in the region
