Job description
Responsibilities

First Point of Contact: Act as the professional face of the company, warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.

Facilities & Logistics Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supply inventory, organizing workspaces, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.

Financial Administration: Efficiently process vendor invoices, coordinate expense tracking, and provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Event & Activity Coordination: Assist in organizing internal office activities, cultural initiatives, and monthly corporate events to foster team engagement.

Front Desk Operations: Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area that reflects the company’s corporate standards.

2+ years of experience in office administration, workplace support, or hospitality environments

Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional interaction with all stakeholders

Welcoming, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Good English, Dutch, and any other European language skills
