Senior CRM Manager (m/f/x)

Be on top of CRM trends and own complex projects to further grow the contribution of CRM to business results

Own complex CRM projects to support new product launches and ensure CRM-readiness from a technical and commercial perspective.

Leverage data to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle, ultimately increasing LTV and retention

Act as the key CRM stakeholder in product streams, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate product features into CRM measures

Deliver a seamless lifecycle experience by managing impactful campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, SMS etc.

Continuously identify friction points in the customer experience and develop CRM-based solutions to enhance product engagement

Exceptional CRM knowledge with profound technical and commercial understanding; ideally with experience in implementing and scaling multi-product strategies

Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects with a focus on long-term strategy and high-quality execution

Deep-knowledge of the customer-lifecycle with first-hand experience in developing customer-focused and scalable activation-, engagement-, retention-, and loyalty strategies

Strong track record in following an innovative ‘test-and-learn’-culture to continuously adjust the CRM approach for an ongoing improvement of results

Pragmatism in executing short-term projects while not losing sight of our long-term strategy

You are fluent in German and English
