We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you bring a refined level of hospitality, a customer-centric approach, and a genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience to our vibrant Food & Beverage Team. Your commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests makes you a valuable asset to our team.

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner

Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes

Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens

Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system

Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards

Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails

Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Assist with table setup, mise-en-place, and closing duties

Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

Ensure billing accuracy and process payments correctly

Salary Band

Competitive Salary provided - AED 1,600

Service Charge Average - AED 700

Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (grill house or bar experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of POS systems

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Well-groomed and professional appearance
