Job description

  • Own and continuously improve Finance master data governance and management, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across core financial and operational domains

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data in Navision and SAP FI/CO, aligned with financial and organizational structures

  • Monitor data quality, identify root causes of issues, and drive sustainable improvements in close collaboration with Business, Tech, and Data teams

  • Support, collaborate and further develop the Finance ERP landscape and its integrations with internal and external systems

  • Design, optimize, and automate master data processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enable scalable growth

  • Act as a key contact for data-related incidents and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)

  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role

  • Hands-on knowledge with ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO, Navision/Dynamics 365 and/or Oracle) and data management tools

  • Strong understanding of Finance systems, processes and data flows (e.g., GL, AP, AR)

  • Proficiency with MDM concepts

  • Good understanding of data models, reference data, and hierarchical structures

Nice To Have

  • Experience with data integration and transformation (e.g., IDocs, APIs, ETL) and data quality tools

  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
