Food & Beverage Analyst Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems - Intern 6 months (F/M/X)

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and commercially minded intern to join our Global Food & Beverage team based in Singapore for 6 months starting between July and September 2026. The role will support global administration, reporting, project coordination, communications, research, and digital transformation initiatives.

The objective is to create capacity within the global team, allowing leadership to spend more time driving strategy, innovation, owner relationships, and field engagement.

Here are the main missions you will be performing:

• Project coordination and administration across global initiatives.

• Support executive reporting, dashboards, presentations, and performance analysis.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up communications.

• Coordinate communications between global, regional, and hotel teams.

• Conduct research into hospitality trends, restaurant concepts, guest experience innovation, and competitive benchmarking.

• Support global programs, partnerships, openings, and brand initiatives.

• Maintain organised documentation, trackers, and project management systems.

A key objective of this role is to support the future digital transformation of the Food & Beverage function through AI and automation:

• Research emerging AI tools and hospitality applications.

• Identify repetitive administrative tasks suitable for automation.

• Support the creation of a Global F&B Knowledge Hub.

• Assist with the development and testing of AI-powered solutions.

• Map opportunities for improved efficiency through digital workflows and automation.

As an intern, you will help explore and develop a proof-of-concept that could eventually be deployed across Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery, and Emblems hotels worldwide, covering:

• Brand standards and guidelines

• Concept development resources

• Menu engineering support

• Beverage and cocktail recommendations

• Sustainability and sourcing guidance

• Training materials and best practices

• Performance benchmarking insights

• Project and opening support resources

• Marketing and activation toolkits

• Frequently asked operational questions

What you will bring to the role

You have a master in Hospitality / Food & Beverage and you are searching for an internship of 6 months starting between July and September 2026. You have the following profile: organised, analytical, proactive, digitally savvy, and passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, restaurants, bars, luxury brands, and consumer trends.
