Senior UI/UX Designer (human)

YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our robotics platforms and applications

• Take ownership of the design process from concept to final implementation

• Translate complex robotic capabilities into simple and understandable user experiences

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other designers to bring ideas to life

• Contribute to and evolve the NEURA design system to ensure consistency across products

• Conduct and support user research and usability testing to improve our solutions

• Continuously refine and improve the user experience based on feedback and real usage

• Bring new ideas and push for better design solutions across the team

WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Several years of experience in UI/UX or product design, ideally in complex software or technical products

• A strong portfolio that shows both your design process and final results

• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals such as user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• A strong sense for visual design, interaction, and detail

• Experience working with tools such as Figma and adobe ilustrator or similar

• Experience working with industrial products

• Ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand technical constraints

• Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving

• Very good English skills, German is a plus

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience designing for robotics, hardware-related products, or complex systems

• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries

• Experience working in fast-moving environments such as startups or product-driven companies

• Experience with blender for UX/UI

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies

• Interest in motion design or interaction design
