To be a Coach, you should enjoy:

Using your exceptional customer service skills to provide a premium brand experience to our consumers

Leading, coaching, and motivating the employees in your department while ensuring an excellent working atmosphere

Managing the day-to-day operations of your department to achieve sales targets (including digital services, visual merchandising, and sales floor management)

Identifying and improving areas based on consumer feedback

Acting as a NIKE brand ambassador for initiatives, including training your team

Ensuring the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines

Collaborating with business partners across different stores and with headquarters

In particular, our store structure includes three Coach roles, as described below:

COMMERCIAL

Lead a team capable of delivering efficient product receipt and inventory accuracy in line with visual presentation standards

Ensure smooth inventory processes by maintaining consistent stock replenishment on the sales floor, preserving presentation standards, and meeting brand standards

Work together with Department Leads who oversee individual components (product receipt and visual presentation), taking responsibility for the product journey within the store

Take ownership of monthly launch initiatives

Use reporting tools to make the best commercial decisions

Maintain accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders
