About the role

As a Assistant Store Manager at Episode Paris you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions at one of our main Flagship Stores. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the Store Manager;
• Managing the storeteam;
• Train the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and Visual Merchandising etc.;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;
• Administrative tasks.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a assistant management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Leadership qualities;
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Stress-resistant;
• Live in Paris.
