Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to join our dynamic engineering team onsite in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications from end to end.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for clean architecture, deep expertise in state management (Redux), a solid understanding of database design, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite (WFO) position in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for an Arabic-speaking professional who is ready to hit the ground running immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design and build robust, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and scale secure, efficient backend services using Node.js—fully utilizing TypeScript across the entire stack.
• State Management: Architect and manage complex, predictable application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit , ensuring seamless data synchronization and optimized UI performance.
• Architecture & API Design: Architect, develop, and integrate optimized RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Database Management: Write complex queries, design schemas, and maintain both relational and non-relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Performance & Quality: Ensure maximum performance, scalability, and security of applications. Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce clean code practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with onsite and international cross-functional teams, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Localization Support: Utilize Arabic language skills to assist in the localization, translation, and cultural adaptation of product interfaces and technical documentation for regional clients.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Core Stack: Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience exclusively in full-stack development using React.js, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript .
• State Management Expertise: Deep operational understanding of global state management architectures, specifically Redux Toolkit (RTK) , asynchronous workflows (such as Redux Thunk or Saga), and debugging with Redux DevTools.
• Database Expertise: Hands-on, production-level experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• System Design: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, state management patterns, and asynchronous event-driven workflows.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficient with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern agile project management tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication in both English and Arabic, and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of modules.
