Senior Software Engineer – Trading Platforms

Al Ramz Corporation PJSC is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team in the UAE, focused on building and enhancing retail trading platforms and brokerage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and modern backend frameworks
• Build APIs, integrations, and scalable backend solutions supporting retail trading platforms
• Work on integrations with trading systems, order management systems, and market data providers
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of brokerage and client-facing trading applications
• Develop workflow automations using n8n and Microsoft Power Automate
• Support AI-driven and automation initiatives across business and technology functions
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Ensure code quality, system performance, security, and CI/CD best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide continuous improvements

Requirements

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience in a brokerage house, trading firm, or fintech trading platform
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, trade flows, and trading system integrations
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core
• Experience building scalable, high-availability production systems
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations in financial environments
• Exposure to Azure or any cloud native solutions
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is required

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with market data feeds and trading platforms
• Knowledge of post-trade processes (settlement, reconciliation, reporting)
• Power Automate / n8n workflow automation
• AI agents / intelligent automation exposure
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Git workflows
• Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
