SharePoint Online Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing SharePoint Online solutions, building business applications using Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and integrating Microsoft 365 services to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online.

* Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

* Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.

* Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and permissions.

* Develop responsive forms using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint Online.

* Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems where required.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

* Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.

* Prepare technical documentation and provide support for deployed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in SharePoint Online Development.

* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:

* Power Apps

* Power Automate

* Experience with SharePoint Online customization, site collections, lists, libraries, content types, and permissions.

* Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred.

* Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs.

* Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and licensing.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

* Experience with version control and deployment best practices.

* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform are an added advantage.
