Move forward as Manager Customer Service at DSV in Moerdijk
Do you have experience leading customer service teams and continuously improving processes? At DSV, you will have the opportunity to build a strong and efficient service organisation together with your team, where quality, collaboration and development are key!

In this role, you ensure that our teams perform at their best and that processes run smoothly and efficiently. You guide employees, translate KPIs into actions and drive continuous improvement: you’re on it.
How you do this? As manager customer service, you are responsible for leading and developing the Supervisors and their teams within the department. You ensure the optimal deployment of employees and support their professional development so the team can achieve strong results together. At the same time, you maintain oversight of the quality and progress of the service delivery and intervene when processes or performance require attention.
You also actively manage performance by monitoring KPIs and analysing reports. You translate agreements from SLAs into clear working methods and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes. By working closely with other departments and management, you ensure an efficient operation and a service that meets customer expectations. You achieve this by:
- coaching, developing and evaluating employees so the team operates at its full potential;
- preparing and analysing KPI reports and SLAs, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing structural optimisations;
- coordinating projects and processes related to planning, quality and cost, while aligning with key stakeholders.

You bring
- a higher professional education level (HBO) with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service, logistics or operations;
- excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken;
- strong leadership skills combined with strategic insight, analytical ability and the capability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
