specialists. We connect data from 150+ different parking systems, build an intelligent data

layer on top, and deploy AI agents that autonomously execute workflows — from rate

optimization to incident management.

We're looking for a Data Analyst & AI Specialist who wants to make a real dent. No 9-to-5 mindset. Someone who sees the massive opportunity to transform an entire industry. What you'll do

As a Data Analyst at SpecifAI, you're not a report writer. You're the bridge between data,

technology, and commercial impact. You'll work closely with the product, engineering, and

sales teams to deliver real value to clients.

BI & Dashboards

• Design, build, and optimize data dashboards that give parking operators and asset managers instant visibility into occupancy, revenue, and performance
• Transform data from 150+ sources (PARCS, LPR, intercom, reservation systems, payment processors) into clear, visual insights

AI & Automation

• Help build AIDA — our AI Data Assistant that answers natural language questions and executes autonomous actions via MCP connectors
• Configure, train, and optimize AI agents: rate agents, intercom call handling agents, contract retention agents
• Prompt engineering, knowledge base management, and fine-tuning AI behavior within client-defined rules
• Work with and expand our MCP (Model Context Protocol) layer that connects AI agents to parking systems

Data Engineering & Analysis

• Own data quality — validate consistency, detect anomalies, improve pipelines
• Run ad-hoc analyses for clients, prospects, and internal use: occupancy forecasting, revenue trends, no-show analysis
• Onboard and normalize new data sources from raw parking transaction data
• Apply data governance (PII, GDPR audit trails) within an ISO 27001 environment

International Clients & Projects

• Work on major airport and city projects across the EU, US, and APAC
• Regular coordination with international partners and clients
• Travel to project sites to support rollouts — from data analysis to go-live

Who we're looking for

Must-haves

• 2-5+ years experience as a Data Analyst, BI Specialist, or Data Scientist in a data-driven environment
• Strong data analysis skills: SQL, Python (pandas, data analysis), statistical thinking
• Experience with BI tools — building dashboards in QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Superset, or similar
• Affinity with AI & LLMs — you've worked with AI agents, prompt engineering, knowledge bases, or at least have a burning curiosity to learn
• Self-starter mindset — you see what needs to be done and do it. No "that's not my job" attitude. Roll up your sleeves and make it happen
• Fluent in English (required) and Dutch (required) — you switch effortlessly between languages with clients and colleagues
• Strong communicator — you can explain complex data to a parking operator and a developer with equal clarity

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) — QuickSight, S3, Lambda, Athena, Redshift, RDS
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar)
• Background in parking, mobility, or real estate
• Working with real-time data pipelines and streaming (Kinesis, Kafka, web sockets)
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and dbt
• Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code
