Receptionist (80–100%)
An opportunity is available for an experienced Receptionist to join a professional and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and reception responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional front-of-house experience.
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate and organise meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for scheduled meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative support across various business functions.
- Assist with logistics tasks, including packaging and shipping where required.
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure reception and common areas remain organised and presentable.
Requirements
- Qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Experience within the watchmaking or luxury manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and/or Italian considered highly beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.
- A positive, reliable, and customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
