Introduction

We are looking for a flexible and hands-on IT Service Desk Agent primarily deployed across our international sites. The main base for this role is Almelo, and we expect you to be willing to travel to our locations in the US, Germany, France, and the UK. This role is designed to provide on-site support during peak workloads and holiday coverage, ensuring consistent IT service quality across all locations. You will act as a central point of contact for end users and ensure stable, secure, and efficient workplace IT operations in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle incidents and service requests end-to-end (ITIL-based) ‎
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support (remote and on-site) ‎
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and peripherals ‎
  • Manage hardware lifecycle and asset data (e.g., TOPdesk) ‎
  • Support software deployments and updates (e.g., SCCM) ‎
  • Assist with office moves and workplace setups ‎
  • Perform user onboarding and training ‎
  • Support IT security solutions (e.g., SINA, Forcepoint, DriveLock) ‎
  • Ensure SLA compliance and proper ticket documentation ‎

Your profile

  • Completed degree in computer Science or a related field;
  • ‎Experience in IT Service Desk / End-User Support ‎
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and client management ‎
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and ITSM tools ‎
  • Experience with tools like SCCM, Citrix, or similar ‎
  • Structured, hands-on, and customer-focused mindset ‎
  • Fluent in English (German/French is a plus) ‎
  • Willingness to travel internationally (50%)‎
