Job Overview:

Responsible for analyzing and planning production to ensure on‑time material delivery and achievement of operational objectives. Handles inventory management and production transactions in SAP to support strategic global supply chain planning. Key responsibilities include material procurement, bottleneck analysis, and end‑to‑end supply chain management.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Analyzes, plans, and executes all supply‑planning activities to ensure on‑time delivery of production materials.

Develops and maintains substrates start plans aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and operational priorities.

Evaluates capacity loading, identifies production bottlenecks, and drives appropriate actions to ensure customer requirements are met.

Aligns production schedules with equipment availability, factory capabilities, and operational constraints to optimize throughput.

Monitors demand fluctuations and adjust supply plans proactively to mitigate risks of shortages, excess inventory, or delivery impacts.

Tracks the substrates starts, WIP status, and cycle‑time performance to ensure smooth production flow and operational visibility.

Provides regular planning and performance reporting to management.

Reviews demand and supply and works strategically with external suppliers and internal customers on escalations and issues.

Takes actions to prevent delays and negative financial impact due to material supply and involves other team and management as necessary to resolve issues.

Keeps up to date on materials and systems used by the company and more broadly within the entire industry to identify trends and best practices that will allow the company to operate more efficiently

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain or in business related field or study or equivalent training and/or experience with 2+ yrs prior experience in supply planning, master scheduling or work center planning, preferably in a high-tech company

Knowledge of substrates fabrication processes, including cycle‑time control and throughput optimization.

Experience in substrates fabrication planning within the semiconductor industry

Good analytical capability and problem-solving skills

High level of interpersonal skills, detail oriented, quality conscious, able to work independently and efficiently on various assignments, self-motivated, knowledge of systems structure and process oriented

SAP knowledge is preferred

Fresh graduates with internship experience in production planning are welcome to apply.
